There's a 5k event at Marsh Tracks, Rhyl on Wednesday evening, 23rd November organised by Prestatyn Running Club. Would be good to see some St Asaph Runners there.  £2 entry fee - starts at 7.15pm.

As there has not been much response to a Christmas meal at the Bridge Hotel in St Asaph, we have cancelled  the Bridge and agreed to have our (first Tuesday of the month - 6th December) social meeting at the Swan.  There is an option to come earlier and have a bar meal, or come later for a drink/chat.    John (the landlord ) offers his apologies re shortage of drinks at the bar and assures us it will not happen again

Well done to Sue Parry on completing the Chester Marathon in 4.21.

If you have any suggestions for any winter runs, please post ideas/links on the facebook page or e-mail using the link on the contact page.  Thanks.

Good run tonight (Monday). Ran up to business park and back - 4 miles. The Business Park was well lit. Worth taking a small torch for a short park of the run back.

At last week's AGM it was decided that we would trial some different routes as the darker nights approach. Monday's run will start at The Bridge at 6.30pm and head to St Asaph Business Park. Be aware that it will be getting dark and you may want to bring a torch/leds for the return. If you wish to join us at the Business Park, you can park near Technium Optic (near the roundabout at the bottom of the business park) and the group will be there at approximately 6.45pm. The Business Park is well lit.

Tuesday, October 4th is our next social evening at the Bryn Dinas.  We will  combine this with our AGM.  Come along and have your say on Winter runs, what you want from the club and any plans for next year.  Meet at 7.30pm.
